For information only: New Customer Service Department

BT Redcare is pleased to announce that we will be opening a new and larger Customer Service Department based in Liverpool. The move from Coventry to Liverpool will be completed by the 1st October 2009 and from this date all order processing and telephone support activities will be managed from this new service department. This will enable us to provide our customers with an improved level of service.

The migration will be phased to ensure that your service will not be affected through this transitional period and that there will be no change in how you currently contact us.

We will of course update you on our progress throughout this period.
